Arm

Accepting your body isn't always easy. For some, it's always been there; for others, it's changed through pregnancy, weight gain or simply the passage of time. Today, many techniques exist to improve your body and feel better about yourself. We take stock of the situation during our consultation, and I'll do my best to advise you.

Arm lift - Brachioplasty

Brachioplasty, also known as an arm lift, is a cosmetic surgical procedure designed to reshape the arms by removing excess skin and fat that may hang under the arms, often referred to as "bat wings". This procedure is usually performed on people who have undergone significant weight loss or who have sagging skin due to aging.

During brachioplasty, the plastic surgeon makes incisions along the inside of the arms, usually from the armpit to the elbow, then removes excess skin and fat before tightening and reshaping the underlying tissues. This procedure creates firmer, more toned and more aesthetically pleasing arms.

Brachioplasty can be performed alone or in combination with other surgical procedures, such as arm liposuction, to achieve more complete aesthetic results.

Arm Liposuction

Arm liposuction is an aesthetic surgical procedure designed to remove excess fat from the upper arms for a slimmer, more sculpted figure. This procedure is often performed on people with stubborn fat deposits in this area that do not respond to exercise or a healthy diet.

During arm liposuction, the plastic surgeon makes small incisions in the skin of the arms and inserts fine cannulas to draw out excess fat. This technique helps to sculpt the contours of the arms and create a smoother transition between the shoulders and elbows.

Arm liposuction can help reduce the appearance of flabby or "flabby" arms, refine contours and improve overall figure proportion. The procedure can be performed alone or in combination with other surgical procedures, depending on the patient's specific needs.
