- Former Chief Resident in the Department of Plastic Surgery under Prof. Maurice Mimoun at Saint-Louis Hospital (Paris), the largest plastic surgery department in France.
During his years in hospital practice, Dr Levy performed aesthetic surgery, reconstructive and microsurgery, burn care, and dermatological surgery. He also taught residents, published scientific papers, and supervised medical theses.
